General Information:
I am a Charlotte native who is married with two small children (5 year old daughter and 7 year old son). In my free time, I am a Cub Scout leader and a little league baseball coach. I live in the Stonehaven neighborhood in South Charlotte and I am very involved in neighborhood issues. My main focus is Uptown and South Charlotte down to Union County and York county in South Carolina, I am also very familiar with Lake Norman, Lake Wylie and all the areas in between. Before becoming a full time real estate broker I worked as a construction project manager and licensed general contractor with one of the largest home builders in Charlotte and have built homes in some of the finest Charlotte neighborhoods. When it comes to the bricks and mortar of buying a home, my hands on experience is a valuable asset to you. My career has been focused on real estate and providing my clients with the knowledge to make informed decisions when it comes to buying or selling a home. I focus on using a high level of technology in my business. Qualifications: Real Estate Broker in North & South Carolina Prudential Honor Society (Multi-million dollar producer) ABR Designation (Accredited Buyers Representative) Previous Experience & Skills: 2 years buying and selling real estate in the foreclosure properties market - Bought foreclosure homes throughout Charlotte rehabilitated them and returned to market
4 years residential construction management (Shea Homes) - Managed all construction aspects of neighborhoods and homes
2 years commercial construction management - Managed all construction aspects of interior upfit class A office space and was responsible for building some of the finest restaurants in Charlotte
5 years previous sales and marketing experience (led a sales staff of 5) - I am well versed in negotiating the best terms for my clients
